The Academy's objectives for its Chief Executive Forums are to support the growth of the members' businesses through developing the skills, the self-awareness and the personal advancement of all the members. These are key issues in growing and sustaining a competitive and successful business.

Forum members provide an unbiased point of view and impartial advice - and, crucially, they will stimulate your thinking. The Academy also provides an experienced Chairman to guide the progress of each Chief Executive Forum. They are all experienced business leaders, who receive continuous personal training and development from the Academy.

Experiential Business Learning®

Today, The Academy for Chief Executives is appealing to more and more Chief Executives who are looking for simple but effective ways to get their questions answered quickly and accurately, in an environment of mutual support and confidentiality. Each group of up to 12 non-competing business leaders enjoys a tried and tested process. The group meets once a month and usually spends the morning with a specially selected expert speaker - a thought leader on issues such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, coaching, leadership, technology.

The afternoon is dedicated to providing a safe forum where you can share the issues you face and get your challenging questions answered - not just by an expert but by fellow members who've faced similar challenges to your own. (We often call this 'The Board You Could Never Afford®'.)

Between the monthly meetings there is a two-hour one-to-one session at your premises: this is a powerful coaching service to help you plan and prepare for the future.

How do I join?

Membership is open to Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Owner Managers. The subscription for membership is payable quarterly in advance. We believe in what we do. The Academy is prepared to guarantee its service. If, after attending the first 3 group meetings and receiving 3 mentoring sessions, you feel that you have not received value, then the fees will be refunded. This is dependant upon you having met the conditions stated so that you have the opportunity to experience and evaluate membership and make your judgement from an informed position. The Academy is dedicated to helping you and your company to constantly 'raise the bar' in leadership development and in personal and organisational performance.
