- Personal & Leadership Qualities and Skills - The Chairman acts as coach and mentor, servant and leader to the group members.
- Able to inspire today's business leaders - provide a monthly one-to-one in-depth coaching session, drawing up personal development plans for each member and holding them accountable.
- Organisational Skills - Organising the monthly meeting, booking expert speakers and facilitating the "members forum".
- Business Planning Skills - Organising and facilitating a two-day annual retreat where business and personal goals, annual business objectives and action plans will be discussed and reviewed.
- Gravitas and Trustworthiness - being a trusted advisor and a guiding hand for business people who are feeling vulnerable and lonely at the top.
