Each group of up to 12 business people from non-competing industries enjoys a tried and tested process. The group meets once a month and usually spends the morning with a specially selected expert speaker - a thought leader on issues such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, coaching, leadership, technology.
The afternoon is dedicated to providing a safe forum where you can share the issues you face and get your challenging questions answered - not just by an expert but by fellow members who've faced similar challenges to your own. (We often call this 'The Board You Could Never Afford®'.)

Membership is open to Owner Managers of SMEs and Directors & Senior Managers. The subscription for membership is payable quarterly in advance. We believe in what we do. We believe in what we do. The Academy is prepared to guarantee its service. If, after attending the first 3 group meetings you feel that you have not received value, then the fees will be refunded. This is dependant upon you having met the conditions stated so that you have the opportunity to experience and evaluate membership and make your judgement from an informed position. For Directors of Chief Executive Forum Member companies, the subscription for membership of a Leaders Forum is discounted.
