The Academy for Chief Executives is a well-proven, powerful and exciting organisation dedicated in its purpose of 'inspiring leaders'. We provide a confidential learning environment for non-competing chief executives and managing directors from all sectors of industry, commerce and the not for profit sector.

Groups of up to 15 members meet for a day each month, each group being run by a chairman who holds or has held a CEO or other senior position in a major organisation. Meetings are held in turn at the premises of each member; this provides an insight into the members' company and increases understanding of their business.

The monthly full day meeting is a learning and sharing experience. A typical meeting might adopt the following format but some groups opt to organise their day differently. The morning session usually has a presenter who is a top-flight expert in their chosen field; this enables members to keep abreast of the latest developments in leadership, performance measurement, personal mastery, innovation, business strategy etc.

The afternoon is for members to raise their own business issues in confidence; real problems, challenges or opportunities that they would like members' impartial views on. The group acts like a powerful team of non-executive directors but without the hidden agendas!

We now have a network of nearly 200 carefully selected expert speakers who talk on varying topics – from 'Understanding the Economy' to 'NLP'.
